Shipping & Returns

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 7–15 business days from dispatch, and orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

If you're getting ready for a trek or a walking trip, order at least three weeks before you leave to be sure they arrive in time.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Your parcel passes through a transit hub before reaching you — that's the standard logistics route, not a problem with your order.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or get in touch.

My parcel has been stuck in transit for several days, what should I do?

Tracking sometimes goes quiet for two to three days, particularly during the international leg of the journey.

That's normal. If your parcel hasn't moved for more than five days, get in touch with your order number — Lisa will check with the carrier and come back to you within 24 hours.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide, to every state and territory.

My tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received my parcel

First, check with your neighbours and around your property — parcels are sometimes left without notification, especially where authority to leave has been given.

If you still can't find it, get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out.

How does the 99-day guarantee work?

You have 99 days to test your socks. If they're not right for you, we refund you in full. The only condition: they must not have been worn more than five times.

Our socks

Do they really eliminate blisters?

In an ordinary sock, your toes rub against each other with every step. Over eight hours of walking, that's thousands of micro-frictions.

Our socks separate every toe, so skin-on-skin contact is gone. No friction, no blister. It's mechanical.

How do I choose my size?

Our sizes: EU 36-38, 39-42, 43-46 (and 47-48 on some models). Our socks run slightly small, so if you're between two sizes, always go up.

The most reliable method is to measure your foot: stand with your heels against a wall and measure to the tip of your longest toe. Do it at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest.

Up to 24.5 cm, take 36-38. Between 24.5 and 27 cm, take 39-42. Between 27 and 29.5 cm, take 43-46. Above that, take 47-48.

Go by your foot measurement, not by the size of your hiking boots.

If you're unsure, send us your measurement and Lisa will advise you within a few hours.

Merinos or Coolmax ?

Merino: warm when it's cold, cool when it's mild, naturally odour-resistant. For mountain bushwalking, long-distance treks and cool conditions (autumn through to spring).

Coolmax: wicks sweat away extremely fast, dries in no time. For summer walks, trail running and feet that sweat a lot.

Cold or shoulder season → Merino. Heat or heavy sweating → Coolmax.

Who are they for?

For all bushwalkers, trail runners and walkers, men and women. All our socks are unisex. Our sizes start at EU 36.

Whether you're preparing for the Overland Track, a multi-day hut-to-hut walk, or just a Sunday outing, if you've ever had blisters, they're for you.

How many pairs should I get?

One walk a week → three pairs minimum.

Several walks a week, or a multi-day trek → five pairs.

We offer packs: 44% off on three pairs, 53% off on five pairs.

Will they work with my hiking boots?

Yes. Crew height → mid and high-cut boots.

Ankle height → low-cut shoes, trail runners, sneakers.

No need to change your footwear.

Care

How do I wash my Runor socks?

Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. No fabric softener, it damages the fibres and reduces breathability.

Air dry. Never tumble dry.

How do I wash them on a trek?

A rinse in clean water in the evening is enough. Clip them to your pack the next morning and they'll be dry by the next break.

Do they pill?

Some light pilling can appear, especially on the Merino models, since it's a natural fibre. That's completely normal and it affects neither comfort nor blister protection.

To keep it to a minimum: wash at 30°C, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer.

Which tracks and treks are they for?

Overland Track (Tasmania):

Tasmania's flagship trek. 65 km, six to eight days, alpine terrain and famously changeable weather. We recommend the Merino+ Crew for cold mornings and the exposed high sections, and Coolmax for the warmer, wetter valley stages. Plan on three to five pairs so you can rotate.

Larapinta Trail:

223 km across the Red Centre, twelve to sixteen days on rocky, exposed ground with very little shade. Heat and sweat are the main enemy here. We recommend Coolmax for the whole route — it wicks moisture fast and dries between stages. Merino+ is worth packing for desert nights, which get genuinely cold. Five pairs minimum.

Great Ocean Walk / Coastal tracks:

104 km along the Victorian coast, six to eight days. Sand, sea spray and damp conditions — your feet rarely stay properly dry. Coolmax is the better choice for its fast drying. The Ankle height works well with low-cut shoes on sandy sections. Three to five pairs.

Australian Alps Walking Track:

655 km from Victoria to the ACT, and one of the country's toughest long-distance routes. High altitude, cold nights, snow in winter. Merino+ Crew is the obvious pick — thermal regulation and odour resistance matter when you're out for weeks. Five pairs minimum, rotated.

Trail / Ultra-trail :

Repeated impact, technical ground and hours of sweating. Trail Protection Crew is built for exactly this: reinforcement at the heel and arch, fast moisture wicking, and separated toes for better grip on narrow tracks. Three pairs is enough for regular training.

Weekend walks / Day trips:

For a few hours on the track, one pair is plenty — but most people end up ordering three once they've felt the difference. Merino+ Ankle in cool weather, Coolmax in the heat. The three-pair pack is the best value.
