These Terms & Conditions govern every sale made through getrunor.com. By placing an order you accept them in full.
We sell technical toe-separator socks across several ranges (Merino+, Coolmax, Coolmax+, Trail Protection), in a range of sizes and colours. Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, though minor variation in colour may occur between the image on your screen and the item you receive.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include all applicable taxes. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout, with no additional charges on delivery. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
You place an order by completing the online checkout. Submitting your order creates a contract of sale between you and Runor, subject to these terms. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
Payment is taken at the time of order, by card or any other method offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers through the Shopify platform. Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Australia takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing outside our control.
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of your order, email contact@runor.store and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Where a failure is major, the choice between a refund and a replacement is yours. Where it is not major, we may choose to repair, replace or refund. These rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, the 99-day guarantee described below.
On top of your legal rights, we offer a 99-day satisfaction guarantee running from the day your order arrives. Socks can't be judged in a fitting room, so wear them on real walks and real distances. If they're not right for you, return them for a full refund.
Refunds under this guarantee are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving, and within 14 days at the latest. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your expense. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
For any question, complaint or request relating to an order, email contact@runor.store. We reply within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday.
The personal information collected when you order (name, address, email, phone number) is necessary to process and deliver your order. We handle it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to, or correction of, your information by emailing contact@runor.store. All content on getrunor.com — text, images, logos, video — is the exclusive property of Runor. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without our prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, where Runor is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of the Australian Consumer Law, which continues to apply to your purchase in full.
If you have a problem, contact us first at contact@runor.store — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at www.accc.gov.au, or your state or territory consumer protection agency. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in Australia.
